The cages

Outdoor cages plus two indoors upstairs

Machines are set for what you are working on, from contact work to live velo. Cage time can be booked online.

  • BATA B1-Curve, fastballs and curveballs up to 62 mph
  • Junior Hack Attack baseball machine, 35 to 70+ mph
  • Junior Hack Attack three-wheel softball machine, 35 to 60+ mph
  • Hitting nets with adjustable tees and a 9-hole pitching target

Baseball Clinic

Ages 5 – 9 and 10+

  • Sundays
  • Ages 5 – 9: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Ages 10+: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM

Hitting, fielding and throwing work in small groups, split by age so the coaching fits the athlete.

  • $25 drop-in
  • $80 four-class package
  • $15 per player for groups of 8 or more

Softball Clinics

Ages 5 – 10 and 11+

  • Sundays
  • Ages 5 – 10: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Ages 11+: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM

Fastpitch fundamentals: swing work on the three-wheel machine, defense and live reps.

  • $25 per class
  • $80 four-class package

All levels

  • Tuesday & Wednesday: 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM
  • Friday: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Three two-hour workouts a week combining cage work, defense and strength and conditioning.
