Event rental terms
- Two-hour minimum on all event rentals.
- Setup and breakdown time is included in the reserved rental time and charged at the regular hourly rate.
- If batting cage nets need to be raised or removed for additional turf or cage-area access, there is an additional $180 cage breakdown and reset fee.
- Overtime is charged at the regular hourly rate.
- The renter must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming MF Training SB as Additional Insured.
